Frustrations have been resolved

My boss got involved, which I feel bad about, but I am glad that I will see most of my students twice each week. Today was another long teachers meeting, about safety, policy, procedures and a lot of other stuff. I heard the word 'collective' a lot, and there is an organization, not quite a union, but something that connects all the teachers. They were deciding how much to contribute to a fund if someone's immediate family dies, and what the best way to deal with absences was, and how often to celebrate birthdays, all sorts of stuff.
